As a member of Grammy U's Chicago Chapter since September 2014, I frequently attended soundcheck Q&A events with artists such as The 1975, Kaleo and Jason Mraz. Members also could attend networking events including local Grammy Awards viewing parties and school year kick-off parties. I was invited to photograph the Kaleo soundcheck on behalf of the organization, as well.

In early 2015, I was fortunate enough to be invited to write the first Grammy U Student Op-Ed once the program caught wind that I had created a digital music magazine, Beyond The Stage Magazine. My Op-Ed was promoted across all of the program's socials and can be read by clicking HERE. 

In winter 2017, I was selected to work the Grammy's Chicago Chapter Nominee Ceremony, where I was an artist escort. The event celebrated those members of the Chicago Chapter who had been nominated at the 2016 Grammy Awards.
